How to Verify a Legitimate Notice


A legitimate Guardian Parking Notice will:

  • Include a unique reference number

  • Provide a secure online portal for lookup

  • Display photographic evidence

  • Provide official Guardian contact details


You can verify any notice by entering the reference number at:


appeals.guardianparking.ca


Payment Safety


Guardian does not request payment through:

  • Text message links

  • Social media messages

  • Cash transfer services

  • Unofficial websites


Payments should only be made through the official Guardian portal.


If You Suspect Fraud


If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Guardian:

  • Do not click unknown links

  • Do not provide payment details

  • Contact Guardian directly through the official website


We investigate reported impersonation attempts.


Important


Guardian does not request personal banking information beyond secure checkout processing.


Always verify the official portal before submitting payment.
