What Is a Guardian Parking Notice?

Modified on Wed, 25 Feb at 12:12 AM

A Guardian Parking Notice is issued when a vehicle is observed in violation of parking rules on private property managed by Guardian Parking Authority.

These notices are issued on behalf of property owners, condominium corporations, residential communities, or commercial property managers who have authorized Guardian to monitor and enforce parking compliance.

A parking notice includes:

  • Notice reference number

  • Date and time of issuance

  • Property location

  • Description of the violation

  • Photographic evidence

  • Amount owing

  • Payment and appeal instructions

Guardian Parking Notices are not municipal tickets. They are issued under private property enforcement authority
