What Evidence Is Collected When a Notice Is Issued?

Modified on Wed, 25 Feb at 12:19 AM

When a violation is documented, enforcement officers collect verification evidence that may include:

  • Photographs of the vehicle

  • Photographs of the license plate

  • Photographs of signage or stall identifiers (where applicable)

  • GPS location data

  • Date and time stamps

This information is stored in Guardian’s enforcement system and forms the basis of the parking notice.
