How to Submit an Appeal

If you believe a parking notice was issued in error, you may submit an appeal through the Guardian appeals portal.

2. Your notice reference number or license plate

3. A written reason for the appeal

Here is how to open an appeal:

Option 1: Scan the QR Code

Your notice likely includes a QR code, you can scan to easily start your appeal process. Simply open the camera on your smartphone to center it on the QR code on the notice. A link will show up which will take you directly to the relevant appeal page for this notice. Once there, look for the "Appeal" button located at the bottom right corner of the page and click it to begin your appeal.

Option 2: Navigate to the Payment and Appeal Website

If you prefer a more traditional approach, you can visit the payment and appeal website listed on your notice. Enter the reference number found on the notice into the "Reference No" field and click "Search." This will bring up your violation details, and you can then click the "Appeal" button at the bottom right corner of the page to proceed with your appeal.

Lost Your Notice? No Problem!

If you’ve misplaced your violation notice, don’t worry! You can still appeal. Simply enter your vehicle’s license plate number in the "Plate" field on the appeal website and click "Search." This will help you locate your violation notice, allowing you to click "Appeal" and move forward with the process.
