Documentation Requirements


Before issuing a notice, agents must collect supporting documentation, which may include:

  • Time-stamped photographs

  • Clear plaque d'immatriculation capture

  • Stall or signage verification

  • GPS location confirmation


This documentation forms the record supporting the notice.


Accountability


All application de la réglementation activity is logged within Guardian’s internal system.


If you believe an agent did not act in accordance with these standards, you may submit a concern through the Guardian Support Portal for review.


Commitment to Consistency


Guardian applies parking rules as established by the property owner or authorized manager.
