Professional Conduct

Guardian oficiales are expected to:

• Act professionally at all times

• Follow posted property regulations

• Document violations objectively

• Avoid confrontation whenever possible

• Treat residents and visitors respectfully

Documentation Requirements

Before issuing a notice, oficiales must collect supporting documentation, which may include:

• Time-stamped photographs

• Stall or signage verification

• GPS location confirmation

This documentation forms the record supporting the notice.

Accountability

All cumplimiento activity is logged within Guardian’s internal system.

If you believe an oficial did not act in accordance with these standards, you may submit a concern through the Guardian Support Portal for review.
